We can be found in a little village called Bishopstone, situated on the outskirts of Seaford – a pretty Sussex town.
We are five minutes walk to the beach and the same to some quiet country walks with great views of the Downs.
Both our rooms have stunning views of the end of Seaford Bay and to the ferry port of Newhaven beyond.
We have tried to create somewhere we would like to stay. Comfy beds, fluffy towels, great showers and home-made biscuits or cakes in the room. And not forgetting locally sourced and / or supplied ingredients for our breakfasts.

Simply our best room. Lots of space to sit and relax – sit up in bed and enjoy the Bay views from the beautiful chocolate brown leather bed. Watch TV (or even DVD – this room has both!) and relax! The en-suite shower-room has a stylish black and white theme with a roomy powerful shower. Chocolate tub chairs in the seating area for you to enjoy the room tray and goodies we provide!
Berries Suite - £75 per night
The large window simply dominates this room – so light and airy! It almost feels as if you can reach out and touch the bay! Simple, modern bedroom suite with plenty of storage space and a great en-suite shower room to ensure an equally comfortable stay. Another TV / DVD combo and room tray complete the package.

We are in a beautiful part of Sussex. Surrounded by the Downs with lots of scope for coastal and inland walks. Seaford Bay is mostly unspoilt with great access to Seaford Head Nature Reserve with stunning views over the town. For the more adventurous you can continue to Cuckmere Haven and even across the Seven Sisters to Eastbourne !
A fabulous independent bookshop in Alfriston run by the lovely Cate and Nash. Much Named Independent Bookshop of the Year in 2007 by the British Book Industry Awards, just three years after opening.
Visit SiteThe Bloomsbury gang are endlessly interesting, whether your orientation is towards the visual arts or the written word. The Farmhouse was their Sussex home, from 1916 until the death of Duncan Grant. Twenty minutes drive from us!
Visit SiteDrusillas Park offers a wonderful day out for young and old and middle-aged alike. It is widely regarded as the best small zoo in the country and they have created an environment where the focus is always on involvement.
